He made sure we were kept in the loop on everything that was happening start to finish. They had our old roof torn off and the new one on in a days time! He and his crew were very professional. I do in-home daycare and was able to stay open. They were very considerate and accommodating to my families for drop off and pick up. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend their business for any of your construction needs!

The team at T&J helped walk me through the claims process with my insurance every step of the way including helping me with a claim that the insurance adjuster missed major damage and repairs that were needed. Levi met with my appeal adjuster and made sure everyone had the best possible outcome for all parties. After a large storm came through our area, there were 100's of people left with damaged roofs and siding. T&J was working in our area and very responsive to our request for a roof inspection. They came out, inspected our house and found a lot of damage, more than I would have noted to the insurance company as I did not think to look at the things they did. When the insurance inspector came out, Dylan from T&J met him at our house and walked through everything with him. From there forward, Dylan took care of everything all we had to do was pick out the roof color. We had damaged siding and he dealt with all of the replacement issues to ensure we had a perfect match. Dylan kept us in know step by step as the claim and repair took place. T&J was great at communication and took care of everything. As a busy family, we appreciated them owning our repairs. This home repair was literally hassle-free because of the T&J team. I am very grateful for them and will use them again for any of our future repair/renovation needs.

After a construction company failed miserably at replacement of my rubber roof, and left me hanging for 2+ years, which then caused major damage to my siding and water damage to my exterior walls, I reached out to several other companies, to no avail, or costly bids I simply couldn't afford. Finally, I was referred to TJ construction, desperate for some solutions; Nathan took the time and advised me of the process for filing a formal complaint against my original construction company, and showed me the utmost care and compassion. He assured me if they didn't make it right, he would do whatever he could to assist me, despite already being busy. It turns out, upon filing my complaint, the original construction company stood behind their horrible work and replaced not only the roof, but the damaged exterior walls and all of my siding! Back in May of this year, my house had wind damage to my roof that ripped up a bunch of shingles. Levi, from T&J Construction, came out on a Saturday morning to check out the damage. There was rain in the forecast and he offered to go to the hardware store and tarp my roof that same day. I had a graduation open house planned in early June. I asked if they could have my roof re-shingled before the party otherwise we could wait until after. I didn't want a dumpster sitting in my driveway during the party. T&J Construction and Levi went above and beyond and assured me that they could get the shingling done and be fully cleaned up and out of the way before the open house. My roof is not small, they had everything done in 1 day and the dumpster moved the next day. This all happened 4 days before my grad party. The crew stayed until that evening to completely finish up. I also had to have new gutters, fascia and garage doors replaced and that came over the grad party throughout the summer. Fantastic communication through the entire process. They also handled everything with my insurance company. I would highly recommend the entire team at T&J Construction.

T&J Construction is a wonderful team! We found them when our roof was leaking in September 2019. We ended up needing our roof replaced, gutters replaced and water mitigation such that we moved out temporarily. We had such good service that we're keeping them on speed dial! In August 2020, when our neighbor's tree fell on our garage too, and punctured a hole in it, we knew just who to call! Including our curious and engineering minded 8 year old son! They also worked with us on payment when it was slower than it should have been at times from the insurance company for the projects. I found out about T&J Construction from a yard sign of my trusty neighbor across the street. From the moment I called to inquire (to assess, bid, and complete work due to storm damage from the summer of 2018), I was in good hands. The sales associate/project manager who answered the phone delivered on EVERY commitment he made to me -- whether it was to update me, or to deliver a quote, or the other milestones of the project. No matter who I spoke with when I'd call, email, or text -- I always, always got a prompt response and follow-through. The team worked with my insurance company promptly, thoroughly, and professionally (I even got good feedback from Allstate - my insurance company - that T&J were thorough and had integrity). T&J found things that Allstate's assessors missed the first time around, and advocated for their inclusion in the insurance coverage. They sourced 20+ year old siding manufacturers to find an EXACT match for my siding. They kept me informed every step of the way, so I never felt like I was hanging out in limbo. The work was thorough, prompt, neat, professional, on time, and of high quality. This work was done in the winter (December), and I just received a note from them that they're going to do a walk-through again in the spring to make sure everything was done to their satisfaction. Amazing. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Nathan and his team kept me sane and peaceful during an awful flooding ordeal. Nathan walked me through every step, welcomed my 100 questions, and even placed the call to my insurance company to file the claim with me right there at the table. He then returned for "mitigation and containment" (clean up, decontamination, and drying the whole place out, while also doing a thorough job of protecting the rest of my home). When the insurance adjustor came, he wrote down Nathan's number and said, "This guy really knows what he's doing." I got the feeling the adjustor does not have a lot of opportunities to say this! I was racing the clock trying to get everything worked out while In the process of selling my house and T&J really stepped up to fit me into the schedule and gets all the work completed in time before the closing of the house. They are very friendly and extremely easy to work with. Very responsive and professional. I highly recommend them for a wide variety of services. They won't let you down. I will be using them again in the future and recommending them to my friends and family.

These guys were great, roof was done super fast in time for us to close on our house, super pleased, cant say enough great things about these guys... And clean let me tell you they tarped the ground all around d the house to catch debris and nails, there was not a spec left....... most guys are looking to cut corners and a clean work space is the first one cut.
