Frankie B. | Field Representative
Born and raised with a strong Minnesota work ethic, Frankie was adopted by a family in Becker at age 10 and grew up immersed in the values of hard work, determination, and community. A 2017 graduate of Becker High School—where he wrestled, played football, and ran track—he went on to complete his general studies at Saint Cloud Technical & Community College before launching his own business.
In 2018, he founded his own LLC and began subcontracting in flooring installation and sales, building a solid foundation in construction and client relations. In 2021, driven by the desire to take his career to the next level, he made the bold move into exterior restoration. That leap has paid off, and today he brings entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on expertise, and a results-driven mindset to every project.
When he’s not on the job site, you’ll find him dirt biking, traveling to Mexico, or firing up his Traeger to smoke just about anything—because when it comes to meat and craftsmanship, he doesn’t cut corners.
