Luke W. | Field Representative
Luke joined T&J with a strong foundation in engineering and hands-on experience in the field. A 2020 graduate of UW-Stout with a Bachelor’s in Engineering, Luke brings both technical knowledge and real-world know-how to every project. His background includes gutter installations, water mitigation, and project management— making him a reliable asset in delivering high-quality, efficient restoration solutions.
On and off the job site, Luke is all about teamwork and precision—values he developed both in the classroom and on the football field during his time at UW-Stout. You’ll likely find him outdoors with his family and loyal chocolate lab, Rusty, when he’s not managing projects. Whether it’s golfing, fishing, or hunting, Luke brings the same focus and energy to his hobbies that he does to every T&J project.
